Programa Orientación y Asistencia Para Agricultures y Ganaderos
Cultivando Resiliencia fosters the development of underserved small farmers and beginner farmers through guidance, information, training, and technical assistance; and it promotes equity by reducing barriers to access to programs administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

About Us
The goals of the Cultivating Resilience: Cultivating Resilience Outreach and Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Farmers in Puerto Rico (CROPPR, for its acronym in English), administered by the Hispanic-American Institute (HAI), are to foster the development of current and potential farmers to create, operate, and maintain resilient and environmentally sustainable agricultural and forestry operations, as well as to ensure equitable access to USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) programs.
